Zhangbei Station is located opposite the Shenzhen Center of the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and backed by Zhangbei Country Park amidst mountains. The traffic streamline is single on the site, and the exit purpose is clear. The main groups served are medical workers, patients, and their families.

The continuous steep slopes and retaining walls behind the station reduce people’s exposure to nature to some extent, but the existing vegetation in good condition on the mountains also creates a comfortable and pleasant ecological environment. Landtek thoroughly considers the existing natural environment and develops a healing landscape full of green care as a continuation of nature based on the conditions of the site. Flower Platform, Healing Garden, Fun Lawn, and other spaces are created to form the first health-purpose pocket park in Longgang between the mountains and the city.
